So Canada and the US aren’t similar at all? In any way?
why are you hiding my post for ?
You made it political, I just said it would create conflicts. Like everytime an US player ask for Canadian vehicles
No I didn’t, we are not going to continue that discussion here
Still not said why you’ve flagged my post
With the rearrangements of the UK tree and Commonwealth mbts and light tanks we know what next, leos, lavs etc etc…and it won’t be for the US tree
Man thinks Canada is a state of the united states lol.
I come back to this thread and oh my text waterfall
The sun never sets on the Martin baker ejector seats
I’ve done some research and it turns out your wrong, the Skink used it’s hull from the Grizzlys and there hulls as far as I’m correct they’re designed and fully produced in house by the Canadians but taken heavily inspiration from the M4A1 hull not a direct brought from the US job.
The hulls themselfs were built on Canadian soil in a Canadian factory via a Canadian company, it even have it’s own mods like making room for a British made radio set. So yes in this state the Skink has no claim to the US other than “Oh the Canadians looked this way and copied us”
Very very interesting
I’d personally prefer not partitioning a countries vehicles among trees as if someone was interested in said nations vehicles, they would have to grind multiple trees (granted it’s not an event or premium) and not be able to use them together.
You could call it that
I just hope this indicates a permanent home for the vehicles used by the Dominion of Canada. Just like the wording of the rearrangement of the UK trees commonwealth vehicles
Yeah so it’s not a licence built job so as I say the Canadian’s copied the US hull and made their own tweaks to fit their needs which make it a unique hull
What tweaks? Also, I’m pretty sure the US didn’t really have any issue with the Grizzly production and probably supplied blueprints
I’m an advocate for them being added to both US and UK, it makes more sense for the modern canadian vehicles especially
if we are to follow that route, i think the vehicles should go to the tree that needs them more.
which i can tell you is not the USA tree by a long shot
The most visible changes were the Canadian Dry Pin (CDP) tracks and heavy-duty suspension bogies, which looked distinct from the standard US components
Grizzlies were outfitted to carry a No. 19 radio set, requiring some internal and external modifications.
The location and arrangement of pioneer tools and other stowage items were altered for the Canadian version
The Grizzly featured a unique groove on its rear engine deck, a detail not found on most standard M4A1s
The joke
