What we have ingame is closer to the Indian rafale which is a completly separate version.
But hey can’t wait to have half the community cry if the Su30sm got the asraam because India uses it on their Su-30’s

I highly doubt all those posters in the bias threads are there for shit and giggles. It’s funny how the thread about the busted Rafale has less than 800 posts in more than two months.
I guess it’s only a problem when one specific nation is unbalanced.

Despite how much I dislike the state of the Rafale, everythijg it has is within a realm of reality, and besides the HMS & Pylons, it’s fairly accurate.
It was added at a time where the Rafale C F2/3 would’ve sufficed, and as a result it’s extreme powercreep
you ruined my day for telling me that france can get a 13.7 rafale
I’m sure there’s some French aviation nerd to chime in and tell us why that version is correct. I’m neither equipped nor willing to do that.

It’s one thread. The rafale comes up in any tangentially related thread multiple times. People complain.
It actually was just the opposite around. The French community did a lot to get HMD and the additional 2 micas
Carrying more of the best ARHs in the game than you should is a big buff.
Not to mention HMD enables Rafale and MICA to be so strong at closer ranges in the first place.
Removing those things is so simple and very effective to put an end to Rafale, it’s not like it’s historically accurate anyways.
They cannot. They can get a 14.3 Rafale in the future, but the current one should be more like 14.7/15.0.

The problem, is that no one else has been given anything even close yet.
Whilst it might be accurate representation of the Indian Rafale CF3, it is massively under BRed and no one else has gotten their equivalent airframes yet.
The current implementation is far more represenative of the Rafale F4 in french service, and for a counter we need something like a Typhoon with AESA and IRIS-T/ASRAAMs or Gripen E with IRIS-Ts and thats ignoring the fact that aircraft like the Typhoon are underperforming significantly at the moment, but they refuse to fix any bug reports for it and are only fixing Rafale bug reports.
Why? It would still be stronger than the Mirage 20005F that is currently at 14.0. I cant think of a single reason why it would be any lower than 14.3.
So do other hot topics come out in other tangentially related threads. This is a thread specifically made for Rafale and is receiving around 10-15 posts per day. In some other threads that post count was reached in like 5 minutes.

the rafale recived that becasue both of those were tested
yet the german eurofighter cant have the IRST despite it being tested as well
i feel like for now gaijin need to focus on some naval capable plane as mig29k and rafale
M or capable fighter in some tree where they need it the most, such as china, sweeden
because theres no real discussion here. Except for the occasional “french pilots are built different” cope no one disagress with the notion that the Rafale is broken. Thats wildly different in the MI28 threads for example
No idea, i havent read the 9000+ bug reports these guys filed, i just know that it got change because of them

China and Sweden is where I’d focus my effort for now.
Along with bug reports for other nations. Like for example, a BOL overhaul would be a MASSIVE buff for the Typhoon and about a dozen other aircraft
28NM has a few direct competitors, while Rafale does not really.
I’d at least expect some (and by some I mean dozens) pings to the CMs asking them to explain why Rafale is still being this busted while obvious and easy solutions are out there.
What we have here is more suited to have an Indian flag behind it, thus being a part of the GB tree.
Minor nation bias. You often notice it in WT. The Rafale we’ve got ingame is absurdly stronK and it saddened me as I read its not even a real existing service Rafale. But a frankensteine’ed one, a wild mix of test configurations and whats really existing in their ranks.
Other nation would never get this. In case of Germany its f.e. always very strict the service variant. It applies for planes and ground vehicles as well. Germany also tested alot on the ground and in the air. But almost nothing of this will be ever added.
There is an anti bias towards minor nations, the Rafale is the exception.
