Rafale gets buffs every single major update, but we had to spend 6 months re-reporting the CAPTOR-M to just a basic M-scan performance, everytime they’d “fix” it but then it would break again and even now it probably needs another report
Heck, the ONLY meaningful changes this major update is we finally got our UV tint for our HUD and the Tpod/IRST now track radar locks. Features that came to other aircraft months ago.
Basic reports are sat ignored for months and months but the Rafale gets buffs after buffs despite being by far the most OP jet in the game.
Let alone the fact that most nations dont even have their equivalent jets yet.

In my opinion India has too many vehicles to be a subtree of anyone and probably deserves their own. Privately though, I do like the Tejas and Arjun. The Indians are quite fond of the ASRAAM so they may have glued a few onto their Rafales, but we aren’t seeing those missiles any time soon.
i can’t be responsible for the bug report quality made for both aircrafts.
Directsupport tends to make bug-reports that are sort of “plug-&-play” for Gaijin devs.

Mica is terribly op and always kills you. I didn’t find a way to evade it. The only ways is to crash into the ground before it hits you. It simply ignores multipathing. While AIM-120 just requires you to fly low above the ground, especially the A variant.

India could’ve also been independent, I agree but considering they went and did the way that would get the least amount of vehicles in game is astounding.
I have the same experience against it no matter how close to the ground it will hit you

Most of the reports are done by Flame. Blaming the bug reporter for “making bad reports” is just funny copium
Especially given multiple bug reports by DirectSupport had to be undone because he intentionally miss interpretted sources to buff the Rafale.

There might be an Indian TT in the future. The Indian vehicles in the British tree will become available unless you’ve already bought them, like the Israeli treatment. Whether that’s profitable for Gaijin is a different question.
I wish but gajin confirmed India would be the UK’s second subtree. Unless we see subtrees break off which seems unlikely.
What I don’t understand is why Gajin never really nerfed Micas and the Rafale. Initially EF2000 was better in some aspects, but it didn’t took long and EF was was nerfed heavily. Very stange, since we saw IRL that Indian Rafales are hot garbage and get even smoked by 30-20 year old chinese export jets.

Could subtree arrangements change? I haven’t played WT for long enough to know if there were precedents, but if the game is popular enough in India this might happen yet…

Rafale can only get 6 AASM
so the quality follows depending on the numbers,… because as you said, the Balance is made on the payload.
