The Rafale is one of the best planes in WT, it would be cool to see some other tech-trees get one.
UK can get the Indian one.
Russia can get the Serbia one.
Japan can get the Indonesia one.
Israel can get the Greece one.

Though realistically, only japan, israel and uk is getting it. Not russia.
And I think japans one would be the best as indonesia is getting the 4.1
