The 10 MICA ( hypothetical ) payload chart is most certainly coming from the Rafale-A but unfortunately that got discarded for the production models . Cental pylons never run MICA .
We have the F3-R variant and it has AESA radar as well.

Why would we have the F3-R?
The variant we have in the game is pretty much the F3-2 . F3-R integrates TALIOS pod and Meteor missile . Im debating with myself to bug report about the name since i have primary documentation on the matter but its a minor detail and Gaijin might end up changing it by themselves anyway .

but why would they??? The F3-R specifically added the meteor, which is obviously not coming into the game now.
I think it was more that Germany was desperate for CAS and they didnt want to deal with WW3 if Germany got CAS and Britain/Italy didnt. So they just jumped things ahead a little

So to sum it up:
The Rafale has indeed only 6 missle-hardpoints, is indeed closer to the F3-R standard and with that has an AESA and it can have the Ait-Ground options. But it does not get MICA-IR or Meteor. Along that, it has less performance than the EF2000, less missles than the EF2000 AND the 2000-5f but it has better avionics.
What are they thinking? How is that a viable top tier Jet? In air rb my pick
would be the 2000-5f over the Rafale right now.

F3-4+ has AESA ( RBE2 ) does the one in game have the RBE2 radar ?
BVV_d confirmed in the DevStream that its going to get AESA. Besides that, it clearly has DDM-NG, which was not a thing on F.3.2 and F.3.3.

Did he specifically said AESA or just phased array ? Asking since people confuse things . I know about the DDM-NG but the armament set it has in the game is that of the F3-2 standard , it will be silly to name it F3-R for not good reason.

No problem.
In that case better options would be the ASSTA3 and A-200C. Not putting CAS as the highest priority, over accuracy and progression, for a bloody air superiority fighter.

Perhaps, but with the compression at top tier, those vs multiroles sucks (experience with the GR4)
What’s your take on the FM? Squish ran some numbers and said it’s worse than the existing gripen, certainly worse than the typhoon at the moment. It seems relatively terrible to me for it to come like this
