This system could be easily balanced by Gaijin lots of different missiles to pick from each do different stuff.

Its not about balance

We have buk3 with 70km that can go mach 5

It does have a 70 Km range, but by that distance it would practically be falling. Its engagement range for NON-MANEUVERING TARGETS such as rockets, bombs, etc. is around 40 Km. Know gaijin however, it is gonna get nerfed into the ground.
