Radkampfwagen 90 in my opinion i novertiered … all this type light tanks have better rounds on same in lower , same br + all have thermal…
Mobility and weirdly good armor compared to other wheeled light tanks

It’s just fast. That’s it. Everything else about it is subpar or mid. People really like to overrate mobility in this game so it goes up

To be honest, mobilty is only as useful as how the player uses it.
Great players really like mobile vehicles because it allows them to get into better positions quicker and more easily, and to retreat from positions quickly if necessary.
Radkampfwagen at 10.0 is still pretty good, but I’d say the Leopard 2K fits a similar niche and does it better at the same BR.
Maybe the 2K should go to 10.3…
These players are also aware that not every map rewards mobility the same and there are far worse maps than others
Oh for sure, but most, if not all, maps still allow you to get into some kind of advantageous position with mobility. And it still definitely helps when retreating or repositioning.
better armor for what? max vs 20 mm gun and other similat vehicles no have mobility? for example in this br thermal help a lot… because much mbts in this br no have it…

I used to love playing it but I don’t bother brining it into a lineup. It’s fast…that’s it.
No thermals is a major drawback at that tier also.
