I´ve been using the Swedish gripens and the radar for some reason doesnt show targets on the radar screen. You can still lock them and see the TWS mode move with the target, but you are just looking at a blank radar screen. Everything else works so it seems to be a sort of visual bug
Doublecheck your IFF filter key bind or use the on screen hud (seems like its “ALT+Y” or “k” to activate for you judging by your screenshots) to click the setting (will appear bottom left of the radar HUD) to change it.
I’m guessing you have accidentally activated it so that it only shows friendlies.

How many more times are people going to make forum posts/ bug reports about this
i know that this setting exists, and im pretty sure that i unbided it, but i somehow managed to make it only show frendlies like you said
