Yes, quite literally the point of any addition is that it’s cool and interesting to the playerbase. That’s how a game maintains a happy and engaged playerbase.
Yes genius a lot of stuff in game are not useful nor cool and yet here we are, they even have the balls to offer some of them as premiums. But when it comes to the 18F on the US tech tree it’s the end of the world. Brother I took a loot at your profile and you don’t even have top tier US, you ARE NOT researching that thing, why so offended

depend on the play game style, some lay back other rushes.
both have differente use wont say much for the wiesel but zsu23-4 have much ammo and fire power with much larger ready rack ammo.
wiesel still good since it got the apds as a self defense. but for longer range the other option is better
They still have their advantages which change play.
Ill use harrier T10 as the example as its the one im most familliar with.
second pilot means if one pilot gets his skull removed by a stray bullet, you can still fly and fight. this has saved me several times. While having a better looking plane (in my opinion, i know thats a controversial one)
the change in cockpit position on some twin seaters can have a better placement for seeing out of the aircraft for sim players (btw gaijin pls let us select which seat is the one we use in cockpit mode for aircraft with mirrored controls it would be so nice)

completely related. the reshuffle of the UK tree is to accomodate the commonwealth, why isnt there any canadian built or operated planes yet?
yes true but other stuff can be added also to make it more use of twin seat
its still one player controlling the plane in game. two seats is just visual. your criteria is flawed

good luck peaking with that thing, its way too visible which defies the whole point of the Wiesel, the Wiesel still wining long range with more accuracy and laser rangefinder.
the only way to pen anything with a zsu is to flank and that is impossible with such a fat and slow AA
this is also a bad thing with such a large size even if you skim the turret cheek it will combust due to the entire front haft of the turret ammo
ratio F/A-18F and F/A-18D still better
