the zsu 23. sure its a better anti air at times but the Wiesel has gen 3 thermals at 7.3 and can make back the lack in anti air capabilities in scouting capabilities or just the fun of being a bush with deadly apds

F18F provides a less work los for the pilot, better communication between forces(air,land,sea) it provides better strike coordination, mission management, and overall moral knowing your not alone on your mission as well as more brains to help in stressful situations
