Yes, I do if the demand was enough for it and the reasoning was there, just like ground vehicles, a simple folder is nothing. And people who don’t want to play it at that point have nothing to worry about. Lol I guess that would give me a reason to spade that long line in the f-18/harrier line, with no talisman lol
Nah I think thursday or friday is more likely.
Either in the possible update trailer thursday or as the hype devblog on friday.
I don’t think, if the F-15EX was what was coming, they’d drop a dev blog before the update trailer. Doesn’t really “max” out the hype factor of it, you know?
They did with the tech-tree JA37DI at release, but it might have been because it would have made Sweden’s Rank 8 have 4 rows in that line if it wasn’t foldered (5 now Gripen E is there, until it moves to rank 9).
Oh yeah I definitely agree.
I would even think that a possible F-16C PoBIT (if that’s coming) also wouldn’t be revealed before the trailer (in which it would be shown). It’s still a modern US aircraft, which seem to work magic for trailers and hype (even the F-15C GE got revealed in the spearhead trailer iirc, and that thing is very similar to the F-16C PoBIT).
From the dev blogs I haven’t really seen a pattetn for the main “theme” of the update, so that also means the trailer space is still wide open.
Can’t find who said it but someone asked smin if we could maybe have a tease of what the us would be getting for top tier air, and he said we wouldn’t have to wait long.
To me that sounds like a hint that we’ll be getting a dev blog on monday, but hey that’s just my opinion.
Well, they had a devblog on the f15e when it was introduced
I know. Typically players who are too lazy to grind other trees (or don’t do so for silly nationalism reasons).
I just enjoy two seater hornets, and I want to use one with my GRB lineup, in the US tech tree, where the plane came from. I enjoyed it in battlefield 3, and like the configuration better than single, means nothing about different features. They are both slow
Which released on the 25th of October, while the firebirds update trailer released in the evening on the 24th of October.
So the F-15E only got a devblog after already being revealed.
Gaijin hardly releases their bigger pieces for an update before the trailer, let alone on a monday this early into the season.
A US top tier jet generally gets featured heavily in trailers, the overwhelming majority of the US new 4th gen jets in the last years have only been revealed in the trailers. Gaijin likes to maximize hype.
what is considered to be “not much longer” is pretty subjective. Thursday is 6 days from when Smin made that statement which is hardly a long time for most people.
Well it is a long time for my impatient ahh lol
Oh no worries I get it.
Spoiler
I’m also somewhat impatient alongside having light ADHD
We are getting Rhinos IRSTs, before getting F-14D, which has basically same IRSTs.
That’s really bruh
any word on gimbal limits?
Ask to Navy guys is better at the moment :/
I don’t think they are available in internet cuz most weapon/sensors are mentioned at -1A manual, which is still classified.
They make such stupid decisions like this, idc if it’s basically the same vehicle, just folder it.
The one time we actually want a copy paste ffs
±70 in azimuth and elevation
not bad
