I suggest you add this event vehicle to 9_2 line-up as well. This thing has no reason to be 10_2 exclusive to fight T90, Terminators and other modern stuff while being slow, unarmoured and with bad gun.
At the 9_2 rotation it would easily outperform most vehicles, most of the vehicles at this rotation doesn’t share a dual-axis stabilization, let alone such modern ammunition selection. Moving it to another rotation is a short term fix for a long term problem.
