I can’t see why it can’t be 9.3 when the Tam 2IP is 9.3, and the Class 3 P is 9.0.
The VRCC / Centauros aren’t too great at 9.7 either, so I could see them being moved down to 9.3.
I mean, the Rooikat MTTD is 9.3 and it gets much better gun depression and turret rotation speed, along with thermals and ESS… at the cost of good vertical guidance and smoke grenades.

I don’t care whether it’s a 9.7 worthy vehicle or not, that would be the BR I was going to play it at, anyway, due to the Begleit (HE-VT goodness) being there, not to mention missile SPAA. Covered against all threat types with that lineup. Wiesel 1A2, Begleit, Gepard 1A2, Ozelot, R400, BO 105, Jet + whatever MBTs and other vehicles you wanna uptier from 9.3. Life is good.
