When will the R-24R get a nerf? Even if you break the lock, it tracks you and kills you, making it basically a Fox-3 missile. This is a SARH not a ARH, when will it be changed?

I think you really need to read what IOG is and how it works in this game.

nah if mig23 radar in MTI mode it can guide missile to the target without a proper lock
I know what IOG is, but instead of heading to where my aircraft could be, it pulls 20G’s to go straight for the target, even if it was for example 7km out.

It’s one of the missiles that do not require a hard lock, same with Aspide, where it only requires radar lock to be held, it goes for what ever target seemingly most fitting to it, leading to potential occasions where it shoots the wrong target.
All you needed to do was check the R-24R’s statcard. It has IOG.
