So I got a question, if i accidentally teamkilled a nuke (shot missle, enemy plane died, missle relock onto nuke), and i got kicked from the game, that means ill get banned from the game?
No, most likely not, even if it wasn’t an accident. However if it was an accident there is very little probability that they ban/suspend your account.

You’re more likely to get banned if you do repeat offences or if they feel like it was on purpose
depending on severity you get a temporary ban or worse
You have to do something insanely bad for it to be a perma ban immediately

Depends. Usually? Players practically never get banned even after a lot of team kills. Especially because of how hard it is to tell the difference between an accidental and intentional teamkill, and how frequently accidents can happen.
im asking this because one of my friends got banned for 7 days for teamkilling like 8-9 times
It happens, just not often. If it was clearly intentional and/or within a very short period of time, it can happen. But one every once in a while isn’t a big deal. I’ve been playing this game for years, and have accidentally TKd my fair share of players, at this rate probably 100s, and have yet to be banned. So.
