(Question for the developers) The Air camera: how does it work and what kind of constraint is it?

I would like to know what kind of constraint does the war thunder third person air camera is; so that I can use it whenever I want to animate something.

For starters it is attached to the player’s aircraft, which follows through the flight path. But you can also rotate the view around your aircraft while looking at something else and keep an eye on both your aircraft and your target. I can make the camera track around the aircraft while following it’s path, but i cannot make it track an average between the main target aircraft and the secondary aircraft. It doesn’t matter whether it’s Blender or Maya. A cute script would help me too.
