Question about the soviet Project 11451 corvette

In recent talks with other players in other forums I mentioned this corvette carries a set of eight Strela-3 SAM’s (as per several websites mentioning eight), They said the model didn’t have the usually mounts like seen on the other two soviet corvettes (Project 1241.2/ Prototype & Project 1331M), So I suggested or figured maybe these are the Strela-3 missiles.

There are eight tubes & they clear the bridge by a few centimetres (mini VLS?), there’s also a hatch which could be seen as a reloading hatch.

So the question comes are these the Strela-3 SAM’s?

Apparently, but there’s barely clean space for shooting with safety.

If it is not stationary mount, currently not given to ship. Similar case is USS Cyclone who has space and ammo boxes for Stinger but with no stationary mount so no.

Besides, based on Bernau experience MANPADS were usually not so useful against 3.X to 5.X plane usually meet
