Can for example a gl-6 active protection system defend you from kh-38 or hammers? If so, Won’t they still be able to overpressure you since they have more than 50kg of TNT?
Yes, they detonate far enough away to reliably protect against.
As long as its in the +50° vertical detection zone. The Hammers do an interesting flight path with a relatively steep dive at the end, but I think its still in the +50°.

From quick testing, looks about a 30° degree dive for the Hammers, so all good there
