I thought it was amusing. Number one is Yak-28 for reference.
Maybe gaijin should give them some sort of missile to compensate? Because there’s zero justification for them to be 10.0.
If GJ tuned the BR according to “income/currencies” , not by K/D . If the playerbase massively plays the plane and bombs bases , even with napalm bombs and has big income it will take the uptier even if it shouldn’t.
It is a flawed tactic , but GJ. They shouldn’t uptier things with an excuse “it goes too well financially” , but with capabilities .
People should be reading gaijin’s justifications and going “oh so they just don’t want you actually earning silver/RP and that’s why these vehicles go up in BR”
oh no! anyway mid tier has seen some decompression
Ion, they’re moving to 10.0 because of their ground strike capability.
Playing them is a guaranteed Thunderer, not high chance, guaranteed.
It’s the freest 500,000 SL in the game.
This is not a claim of them being OP or not.
Any post making accusations against me is projection.
We have 2 br numbers in game, one Is for the effectiveness against tanks, the other for the effectiveness against Planes.
Why should they raise the b.r. in air, when theres a separate b.r. for GRB.
+They are raising the b.r. of the Q5A too.
My post wasn’t talking about ground RB.
ok, why you are saying that they are raising its b.r. in air for its performance against tanks.
Air RB has lines of howitzers, anti-air, and pillboxes.
And the Q-5A is really good at taking out that entire line without being intercepted, it’s the best aircraft at doing that.
So much so I activated Thunderer wagers specifically when running Q-5A cause I knew I’d get it every match.
Ground strike capability should only be a BR factor for ground battles, not air. It has already poorly affected most of the tech tree Tornado’s. Would be understandable if looking at their ground BR but for air it should make no difference.
No it shouldn’t, ground strike is how STRIKE AIRCRAFT make their rewards to begin with, and the Q-5A is better than the A-10 at doing so:
Note, I’ve used neither in ground realistic battles.
God forbid the Q-5s get their AAMs at least to justify a BR increase, not even the missing ordnance has been added like ffs god forbid a plane that can only bomb is good for bombing
This post was flagged by the community and is temporarily hidden.
The Q-5A never had AAMs.
And there’s no evidence of Q-5L.
They’re going up in BR because of their ground strike capability cause they’re… STRIKE aircraft.
And I see @pietr0_1243 resorted to insults after their posts have been proven wrong.
It also contains a blatant false accusation.
An average of 15.9 destroyed targets per match with a 60% survival rate.
everytime you argue on balance you resort on logic that doesn’t apply to anyone but you, like last time when you were saying that the f111f is the best plane in performace in the game because it was the fastest, or when you said that the 23ml had worse flight performance than the JH-7A, you are doing the same job of the A4s bot in game, literally you take off you go destroy some ground targets you return to airfield and j-out, i’m not saying that you are playing the game in a wrong way ( there’s no right way in the beggining ) i’m just saying that you can’t justify these changes in b.r. because you have the playstyle of a bot.
gaijin in moving the Q5A and L up in b.r. destroied the chances it had against other players as a plane to use to have fun in fighting other players instead of raising the b.r. ceiling, i thought you had enough experoence in this game to have the right to say no to useless changes to planes that suffer in the game, because the real problem isn’t the singular plane, but the balance team itself, we have a bigger problem right than a Q5 being mediocre at destrying bots, the fact the the max b.r. is only 14.0 and for that we have planes like su-33/27,F15s,F16s and other fourth gen destroying third gen without remorse.
The JH7A is at 12.3 same b.r. as an F/A18A, this is the real problem, F104S that can face an SU-33, not a Q5 being good at best in doing nothing in a battle.
@pietr0_1243
I never said the F-111F was the best plane. I said it was the best 11.7 at the time because it had a cracked flight model, it was changed and is no longer the best 11.7 as that arguably goes to the F-111C, but F-111F is still the fastest jet in the game.
The Mig-23M/ML does have worse flight performance than the F-111C, Mig-23MLD, and JH-7A. The Mig-23M/ML cannot pull in like the MLD.
I also rarely J-out in matches, the team has to have lost for me to do so.
War Thunder is not exclusively PVP, it’s a PVPVE game.
If it was purely PVP then the Su-7s would be 9.0 instead of 9.3 as one of dozens examples.
F-18A being under-BR’d is a problem.
there are a lot of planes that are underbrd rn in game, the solution is to move the max b.r. for at least a 0.7 and then to move everyother plane in b.r., and 23ml is a third gen 23 while the 23m is a second gen you can’t say they are the same.
23M<23Ml<23MLD, the ML is still better than an f111c thogh.
No offence, but I am surprised that I see the nickname of OP, and it is quite bizarre that OP made ‘good post’
Yeah, it is nonsense to send Q-5A/L to 10.0 because of CCIP and ‘a tiny amount of flares’ compared to Q-5A early.
Gaijin always loves to punish strike aircraft with that ‘it bombs too good!’ theory. :/
Tonka, Vark, MiG-27 or Su-24…
So, @TIGER_TANK_1, I’m just asking: Do you still support Gaijin’s ridiculous balancing tactic of ‘balance with income’? What would you like to bring when you were used to defending J-7D in 10.7BR?
(AFAIK, you told us before that it is perfectly fine to keep J-7D to 10.7 because it can’t bomb with napalm and has lower income than MiG-21Bis)
Here’s a bug report that’s been accepted as a suggestion. Community Bug Reporting System
Also them being good at ground attack doesn’t justify them going up in BR. They’re already hilariously high in sim (10.3 and 10.7) and arcade(10.0 and 11.0), they don’t need to be high in RB too.
This also isn’t mentioning the blatant nerf they revived recently, where their 18 flare pops turned from single to double, meaning they now have less effective flares than the J35XS.
