Out of interest, are you suggesting a new shell instead of DDB03?
If this is the case, I suggest you make a new issue with fewer text and contain only the key stat of the new shell
Example:
Suggest BEE7 HE shell and BEE7 HE-VT shell // Gaijin.net // Issues
Sometimes I think the admin cannot process too much text in the issue and either ignore it or ask some very odd question
