PzH 2000 weird round

The PzH 2000 has a round called 155 OE F3, what is the purpose of this round and does it do anything?

Slightly slower muzzle velocity than base shell (by 10m/s), 0.1kg less TNT-equivalent explosive mass than base shell, and is 1.3kg heavier. Stats of the shell can be viewing here by navigation to the weapons section and selecting the shell and its data:

It’s just the French produced shell, ever so slightly better for indirect fire. Not relevant in game
