You mean the sideskirts?
If so its due to the wider tracks modification. Uninstall that and you get sideskirts back.

Just adding this. Ostketten mod and sideskirts weren’t excluding each other IRL. Not that it matters ingame.

Gaijin will have to redo Panzer III and IV models, which will not going to happen.
It looks so much better when both are on ❤️
