Purchased A vehicle on the PlayStation web store and didn't receive it in game

I’ve checked the PlayStation store itself on the ps4, says I own it, Checked the web store says I own it. I’ve double checked the accounts are the same yet it doesn’t show up in the research tree at all when I play WT on the PC using my PlayStation account and when checking the in game Wishlist it says I don’t own it can someone please help me because it seriously sucks if I spent around $30 for nothing.

Hey this is a side question, I was going to buy my mate a K-50 black shark. He has a linked psn to pc account but the problem is that his ps4 is broken so you know anyway I can buy him the helicopter like trying to gift it though whish list or do you still need to go into the console version itself to get it?

You still need to log into the game on the console but you can do it for him on your console
