Is it still possible to reopen conversion
Yeah I think you can in the support ticket, but they won’t transfer it.

AFAIK the conversion was “suspended” but will be resumed sooner or later…at least i never saw any info saying it was terminated.
maybe during a long time?

In case it wasn’t clear…between the initial post (Nov23) and the present suspension (May24) the procedure was open for some time…
I guess the number of requests was high and the “buffer” filled…so they suspended it…
I hope (and expect) it is temporary until they clear the “buffer”…nevertheless…if it open again it is expectable it will close soon afterwards…
