I cannot speak for planes, but all of the tanks you listed are reskins of tech tree vehicles save for the M8A1, the CLOVIS, and the T18E2. :)

p-59a, f-89b, bi and j-7d are all turbo megacancer straight up p2w bullshit planes
f-4s is a better f-4j
eremin’s yak-3 is at a lower br because its missing a single mg lmao, which actually benefits it as its 40kg lighter
mig-15bis ish is at 8.0 because it has a bit more drag over mig-15bis at 8.3 lol
b7a2 h23 is a better b7a2
ariete is a better sagittario 2
mig-29 sniper is a better mig-29
nf-5a is a HUGE upgrade over f-5a and f-5c at the same br
j29d is a 9.0 plane at 8.3 because it has no aim9b???

The Tiger 1 ‘variants’ are legitimately just reskins, Ost and West are mechanically identical to the H1, Tigris is mechanically identical to E. :)
Sla. 16 is only slightly faster.
TO-55 is very rare and is just a T-55 at the same battle rating as a T-54, though again, very rare.
ZTZ-59A, same as the TO-55
CLOVIS is just the DF105 with an autocannon.
None of these seem intentionally overpowered since they are designed no differently from real life. Seems more like Gaijin being too lazy to adjust battle ratings.

Which brings me back to my point, none of these are artificially buffed. Gaijin simply forgot to adjust their battle ratings. :)

You’re forgetting the fact that it is part of Gaijin’s strategy.
Make a vehicle good, people buy it, nerf the vehicle once the sales stop.
