is there actually any evidence of t90m reverse being better on newer production ones i see alot of ppl online saying obj 2025 and such have a 14kmh reverse but never see any documents or evidence of it and no footage proving so same for t90m2 supposedly a gear reverser was being added to the t90m2 the one from t14 but there has been no proof and if the t90m in game got a better reverse would it be meta?
as you can see here they have even put relikt on the back of the engine to ‘fix’ the reverse issue which makes me doubt they even bothered to fix it idk be loved to prove wrong
Yeah all claims of the current T-90M or T-80BVM having an upgraded reverse gear are fake they still have their -4 kmh and -11 kmh each like it is in game now.
The only new thing the T-90M2 which is supposed to enter production in 2026 according to some documents from UVZ it is supposed to a larger overhaul including a improvement to the reverse gear issue and other stuff. instead previous upgrades that just threw on some extra ERA bricks.
I would just still be skeptical to all this tho until we see the actual T-90M2 in the future

T-90M2 doesn’t exist beyond the request for an upgrade
iirc the tender includes a reversible transmission but that’s not a guarantee it will get one or we’ll ever see a T-90M2 enter full scale production

yeah that’s what i thought i have seen no real proof of these upgraded reverse for new t90m production models and so many esp wt players have been saying the t90m new models have a better reverse yet even russia hasn’t said anything about it

For the time being, if you want Ru style vehicles that can reverse as quickly as NATO counterparts, consider playing Chinese top tier line or better yet the Oplot, they are the closest you could get.
