Processing operation spam

Why is the game all of a sudden started struggling with basic stuff, forcing me to sit in the proccessing operation screen longer than im actually playing the game. If i wanted to play a game that involved me looking at a loading screen there is plenty of that on steam, but i dont. Muli million dollar company btw

Had this too, is the hamster dying ?

Weekends always have more players online then during the week, plus it
is the first weekend of a grindy event, so many are prolly jammin’ one game after another

It’s prolly a little overwhelmed and they will likely sort it out in a few hours
whenever someone gets back to the office and reboots stuff . . . or something

Just have to be patient until then most likely . . . nothing to worry/panic about

Thats not the point, the amount of money this game brings in and it still feels like we are on 2013 mc servers as there main ones, its time they upgrade the games fetting too mainstream to still be cutting corners to save money

Well let’s see, unless you own, operate, manage or somehow advise finances for a business,
I am not sure why you would think you have any right to tell them how to run theircompany
or spend their money, yeah?
And as far as I know, Gaijin is a private company with no stockholders, so . . .

This is a technical issue, and as far as comparing the servers of 2013
(Being a PSN account you could not have even been playing at that time)
to the ones they use today is kinda . . . . meh.
You don’t really know what kind of servers were or are being used.
So, speculation, not fact, right?

I began playing in 2014, 5 nations, 5 tiers and just planes.
Online count peaked at around 100k at that time and dropped to
18k - 20k during the low end each day. MANY more players now.
Which is why I pointed out the online count and new events always
bring an influx of players grinding for the vehicle and that in turn
has caused some issues in the past. This from my experience, no data.

Those two things were directed at your original “point”, not at some out
of left field business modelling complaint you seem to be turning a
“technical” issue into. You’re trying to blame the slow processing times
on Gaijin’s business practices? . … I don’t get it.

And I stated it will most likely be sorted in a few hours as they get back to it
from the weekend and that things will then be sorted out . . .
again, I don not know this for a fact, but it has been my experience with
things like this over the years . . . it doesn’t happen that often.

And that’s why I said, in my opinion, it’s nothing to worry or panic over . . .

I was just offering some pragmatic/alternative views to ease the stress
But if you just wanna be mad . . . . that’s your choice too

Let’s bet: if the issue is not fixed by Wednesday, you lose

Just letting you know, you’ve got something brown on your nose bud…
This issue has been presenting for weeks, along with ping/lag spikes, their servers are cooked.

I haven’t seen any "Processing. . . " delays since I logged on this morning . . .
11+ hours ago, so . . . it would seem it has been taken care . .
at least as far as I can tell, I cannot speak for anyone else tho . .

As I said . . . just being pragmatic, while you on the other seem content to just be “Gaijin bashing” . . . which is not uncommon.

And the majority of the time, ping & packet loss are connection issues, not server issues
and as far as I could tell, no one was complaining about issues playing matches,
just that weird delay thing in the hangar/UI when we were trying to do stuff.

And again, it seems to have been dealt with as far as I can tell, no issues today

. . . kinda what I was telling you earlier . . give it some time, and . … viola’

I’ve played this game on and off for 10+ years, “Gaijin Bashing” is usually deserved.

As for no one complaining about this issue, the multiple currently active threads about this subject say otherwise. It’s been happening for weeks and still is. Given that multiple people from all over the world are reporting the exact same problem at the same time and we are all reporting a lack off issues with any other games or services that says it’s a Gaijin issue…

I never said it wasn’t a “Gaijin issue”, not one time.
I did say it would prolly be over come Monday when they got back to the office.
And it was . . . I do not know what was needed to be done or why it takes
until Monday mornings in Moscow for such things to get sorted out, but it is typical.

Maybe they don’t work weekends, I have no idea. I just see the “patterns”
to the problems and when they normally get dealt with.
And that was all that I was saying, very simple.

And yeah, it’s very common for a portion of the player base to lose their minds
over any little thing(or big thing) they deem to be “unacceptable”.
Just how some folks are . . . not a big deal.

Again, just being pragmatic, not taking sides, just some “reasonable” assumptions
based off long time playing the game and being on enough on a regular basis
to see things happen, see them corrected and see how the flow of the game
comes and goes.

With no data showing how many players are affected, no percentages or count
then no one has any idea if it’s a game wide issue, or isolated to certain servers
(has anyone even mentioned what servers they have selected?) or in this case
it appears to have been the game server that hosts the hangar/UI

At any rate, that was a week ago, this weekend . . I saw some
"Processing operation . . " delays, but nothing like the previous week.
All through the week . . everything was fine.

Educated guess is it could be more players online(weekends are the busiest, always are)
or a smaller staff watching things on weekends or both . . . who knows?

And again, I got on today and everything appears to be working fine again . .

At any rate, being unreasonable, seething and just being angry doesn’t help anyone anyway.

I’m not mad at anyone, or accusing anyone of anything really . . . just looking at things
from another point of view and offering alternatives to the common “Everything is Gaijin’s fault!”

Not a shill, not a fanboi . . just a long time player(12 years) that has seen some stuff is all
