I guess your question is how you can get GE through WT wiki.
You need to contribute to the wiki and your contribution needs to get through the wiki mods.
If you click on the “Author Support Program” graphic it will go to a page which explains it

You simply write and publish article (or similiar) through the wiki itself. Said article will them be pending until handled by wiki mods.
Do note that said article needs to adhere to the wiki rules and they are rather strict at times.
