i purchased 5k golden eagles a first time through the microsoft store and didn’t receive anything, so i submitted the problem to the gaijin tech support and i still don’t have an answer 3 days later, i canceled my purchase and it got accepted so i bought 5k again, still didn’t receive anything but this time there wasn’t even the confirmation e-mail but the money was gone so i canceled it thinking it was accepted, i bought another 5k(still withouth anything 4 hours later, no money no confirmation e-mail, no GE) but the last one (the second canceled one) didn’t get accepted, so now i lost 50 bucks (including the 25 that i thought were canceled) and still nothing and no response for the 2 submissions to the gaijin support team, please help i don’t know what to do
You’re to fast with it, it takes a couple of days to get a reply from support and if you add to your request or send more requests they are going to get put at the back of the queue again.
Since you have an “@live” account i’m guessing that you bought it and tried to play on PC?
You might have to also start the game on the X-box for a purchase to be registered to the account, i’m not entirely sure that that is the case for all purchases but i have seen others say that it is the case for at least some of them.
i got a pc like 3 months ago(still can’t export to a gaijin account) but i got an answer so thank you
