Recent prices for premium vehicles are lamentable. Valuing a premium vehicle, a digital model, for eighty dollars is unduly excessive. If the ranks and battle ratings continue to expand will ninety or one hundred dollar premiums be sold? A single in game item is not justified in costing the same as a whole video game. High tier premiums are no more expensive to create than low tier ones. Gaijin should concern themselves with the ethical considerations of that market strategy.
Edit: the recently added “Two Fronts Pack” is a commended way to market premium vehicles.

This is hopefully a new precedent for packs of most ranks, it’s not complicated and solves the issue of ODL through density and quality of lineups available to new players, however I don’t think this should prgress past rank 6 since you essentially wouldn’t have to touch anything and be at an advantage over tt players at a BR that took a long time for them to earn

I rarely see AUB74 HVG and yet a month ago I ran into 4 in the span of 3 matches from fairly new players.
Apparently their are people out there who are willing to pay those prices for market and online vehicles.
I’m not sure what prices are like in other countries, but I do see some far eastern ones that seem to buy up lots of high priced vehicles.
Prices of premiums for the rank they are has been the same since 2012.
You’re not forced to buy rank 8 or even 7 premiums. I sure don’t with very little exception.
In-fact, my friend has already purchased more premiums rank 7 and higher than I’ll ever purchase in War Thunder.
That’s not what people are complaining about.
Premiums are ungodly expensive if you want one that’s at/right below that max BR.

As I say to everyone: Only get a vehicle that interests you to have.
Never get vehicles for “the grind”, get vehicles to enjoy them.
There’s a reason the two premiums I got for utility I effectively abandoned long before they did what I wanted them to: WMA-301 which is unplayable, and F-86-F40 which has a tech tree version.
Neither of them really fulfilled their utility other than earning me more SL than I spent in dollars.
