I haven’t played War thunder for a longer time. Now i want to come back but start playing more SB.
I just asking myself if the premium insurance also cover Sim Battles or only AB and RB?
E.g. I spawn with a 109 with 10k SL Spawn costs and I get 0 Points in this match, do I break even or do I need to pay the spawn costs?

I don’t think there’s any premium insurance. It also depends on which 109 your flying as well as how many times you die.
You pay the spawncost as its upright.
Spawn costs are reimbursed at the end of the match if I remember correctly.
Yes the insurance is in sim too. At the end of the match you’ll be reimbursed if you’re at a loss of SL
