If you haven’t played too many matches yet you can get a refund through support. However you can also wait for them to fix it, it’s a relatively large scale bug so I don’t think it will be too much longer before it gets fixed (hopefully).
I’ve had a lot of damage with laser-guided GBU bombs and have never encountered this problem. When using them, pay attention to the seeker’s fov. Knowing this, you can choose the appropriate speed, altitude, and bomb release angle. With the seeker’s fov data, you can calculate the required values from the tangent.
