iirc, when i checked devserver. the new light goes 54 kph, way slower then bagel / 2S38.
RDF is lighter but with smaller engine, it has same gun, ammo, rof, but 60 rounds.

You must remember, the 2S38 is mostly played by newbies, that’s the only reason it sits at 10.3.

Hell nah. 60$ (more like 40$ thanks to regional prices) so I finally could make/start making my VDV line-up? Naah, even more so after being promised BMDs in actual TT (adding that USSR/Russia doesnt have autocannon LT in TT after BMP-3 at 9.0)

Personally, I have wanted a premium BMD-4 since I got the regular BMD-4. I am very happy. The BMD-4 is one of my absolute favorite light tanks in the game, and I have always wished I could have the 2.0x SL bonus while playing it. Now I can. Am happy.
@Stona_WT can the title be changed to “Rapid Deployment”? Rapid Deploy sounds like it was put through google translate and doesn’t really make sense in English.

2s38 is nuts at 10.3. Laughtable at best. Way to stong. Compare iz to a leo 2a5, who will do more damage zo the enemy team if both would be 12.0? 100% the 2s38.
Hstv-l is just a bad tank at cant compete at 11.3 at all. Alone the fact the hstv has so little ammo… there is no excuse to have it at that br. Give it more ammo and much more post pen damage and it might be ok at 11.3, right nowt it just sucks.
Have both and play both. If u havent played it yourself in l7ve matches then shut up.
