A bit massive for the Mirage (10.3 to 11.3), yes, but not so massive for the Tiger (11.3 to 11.7).
Also, the Swiss Tiger should lose the PD radar as we only ever used the AN/APQ-159. The AN/APG-69 was only added to Tigers retired from Swiss AF and sold to the US Navy as F-5N’s…

considering F-5T SCU is 11.3 with 2x AIM-9L/Python 3 that would be quite fine at 11.3.
but the Mirage IIIS will go up quite fast yes

Yes for the missiles, no for the radar yet. I have a pilot manual of the F-5E, but only with amendments up to 1996 (clearly stating the AN/APQ-159) - but that doesn’t prove it never got the AN/APG-69 and just hearsay from all the Tiger maintenance crew and pilots don’t count…
