The Omahas are garbage, the Atlanta, Cleveland, Fargo, Helena and Roanoke are worthless at range (especially the Atlanta because of the 12.7cm DPs) thanks to low velocity shells and the Baltimore line are both overtiered as hell and are almost always forced to fight battleships in open water thanks to being 6.3+.
Atlanta wouldn’t be so bad if it were 5.3 since it’d be a direct counterpart to Britain’s Dido with faster firerate and more guns at the cost of vulnerable magazines, shellrooms and no penetration at range.
