Don’t overthink it. All the SU-30MKK/MK2 has is its missile count.
The F14 has better speed, better FM, and better maneuverability. Of course, it’s 13.7 with an aim120, while the Su30mk2/mkk is 13.3.
I noticed that here they look at the strength of aircraft only from the number of missiles.
Ok since we’re talking about prototypes that didn’t carry any weapons in real life? Are we going to possibly see the F15 STOL/F16XL/F18 Harv with weapons? My guess we won’t ever see it at all

except the upgraded radar alone makes it infinitely better in a 1v1 it gets actual tracking performance the F14Bs AWG-9 is basically nearly a side grade to the F4S/J as there both not full PD only in HDN the APG-71 is related to the APG-70
APG-70 is top 5 best mechanical radar in game and is on the F15E

Yeah I actually thing the F14A and B should be moved down BR or the D should be moved up and be given the better AIM54’s so it can compete, or if they fix the 54’s as a whole its playable.

Theres so much BR compression in the game and they keep making it worse.
i would actually trade the B model being made premium and the D model being techtree as it be way better
or just add a F14D to the tree and keep a special paint job variant of the F14D premium

Well it too late to make the B a premium but they could have did the B upgrade as said earlier there was no valid reason to make the D the premium.

Other than keep complaining I dont think theres anything else we can do except wait and see how it plays. Its most certaintly better than the B model though, but behind a paywall sucks.

There is no other explanation for waiting years for a copy paste job(basically a f14 and f15e mix)
Pretty sure the super phantom will also be premium
