Most planes of 11.3 don’t have good rwrs to react to the phoenix threat (should it move down), while planes that do have good rwrs are usually bad planes like Tornados. Most 11.3 planes don’t even have SARH missiles - being limited to the F-4E/Kurnass, J-8B, F-104S and Viggen. It simply isn’t fair that planes with up 4 aim-7e2s max to face 6 Aim-54As or 7Ms

Umm not really. Yak-141 was qute literally the only available option after Yak-38 and was added at the perfect time when baseline MiG-29’s were still being added to other nations (such as Germany).
