They are officially required to scrap them, but unofficially implement them in the game. It’s just a legal loophole.

Yeah, i’m on the wrong. I forgot C+ was Sealed and then with ECCM upgrade (during production) they just renamed it to ECCM/Sealed.

True but according to cobra the US cant have a f14D becouse russia does not have a free su30 premium equivalent (su30m2) wen there is a much better su27sm to use
