I’d pre-order if (A) the aircraft was actually an F-14D sporting the missiles it used, and (B) it already had a TT (or at least squadron/event…) equivalent so anyone pensive about buying could test the waters with that before buying the version that speeds up progression tenfold.
I was foolish enough in the past to pre-order the M1 KVT, believing Gaijin would change it as they did the false CV-90 premium. They scared me off of pre-ordering any other falsified premiums by hardlining and refusing to change it to an M1A1, as it should be.

The fact of the matter is simple cobra. They copy pasted a vehicle, named it incorrectly, and didn’t implement it appropriately. WHY would you reward them and encourage them to do this?
Well, again, as I said, you’re not looking at the premium as full, you eyes on effectiveness. I, and many who pre-ordered it, like both the plane and the developer support.
Then you are as foolish as I was. The “F-14D” Gaijin put up for purchase is using downgraded armaments it physically could not mount (regular AIM-54C), is not mounting munitions it easily could (AIM-7P), and only got AIM-9M capability after severe community outcry. It’s another US production aircraft following F-4S, A-6, A-1H locked behind paywall/FOMO, with no TT equivalent to boot like the aforementioned ones…
It’s exactly what the US tech tree didn’t need, and it’s going to get slapped out of the sky by the SU-30s it will meet and all its kills stolen by the IRIAFs on its team.

It doesn’t surprise me at all if the guy is a dev, his account only has 33 vehicles and more than half of them are premiums and battle pass vehicles, the rest of them are top tier beast
