I mean you can look at the poll underneath your post, I understand it’s been established you have a hard time with numbers so they added a handy little bar for you, the bigger bar means people don’t want it premium, the smaller one means they do.

It is better than a same-BR tech tree aircraft. That’s all that really matters in regards to it being P2W; it is the current most modern model of the F-14 and it’s paywalled.

No, its not p2w. With the Br12 you end up being eaten by AIM120s, RB99s before you can say anything. For me a real collectors aircraft that won‘t see mich light at its BR.
P2W is what the BMPT-72 is. It breaks everything at its BR, while the F14 does not.
Bear in mind that its alway BR12+1. Meaning that opponents will be BR13

The most broken BR is 13.3, because it feels designed almost entirely around premiums. Since top tier is 14.7, most 13.7+ aircraft get siphoned straight into top-tier matches, while 13.3 constantly gets downtiers. And those premium jets still get FOX-3s.
The only real argument for the F-14D being pay-to-win is its radar, but honestly, that alone does not change much. It would need buffs to other parameters before it could really be called pay-to-win. As it stands, it is still a pretty mid plane. Either the F-14s needs some sort of buff, or those 13.3 demon jets need their BRs changed.
For now it’s just pay 80 USD to get ejected out of battle by SU-30s

Replacing the AIM-54C with the AIM-120 would probably make more sense for a vehicle at the same BR around 13.3. I think good

BMD 4 and BTR 80/82 which are the fastest Autocanon armed vehicles in the game.
Their MBTs carry APHE up to 9.0 which is oneshoting european MBTs armed with HEAT and APDS in most cases
Thei naval fleet randomly gets british and italian battleships alongside some really sturdy options like Izmail and sovjetski
And the list goes on and on…
Other nations need that good stuff way more than the USSR does rn.
