Yeah researching anything takes years, but keep in mind if your buying a BB, that they play very differently to a CL, CA, or DD. So if you do want to play that way, then I think it’s a decent Idea if you do want to grind Germany, which it should be good at.
However I would still wait for it to drop, so that you accidentally don’t pre-order a dud
With that lineup coming, we should have been going to 8.0. super dreadnoughts like Malbourgh, Orion, Bayern/Sachsen, Arizona, Arkansas, Texas,…
Also have no chance against them.
They should only face interwar ships if any such as Scharnhorst, Rodney, Fuso, Nagato, Ise, etc
we wont see any decompression, with 80$ premium packs Gaijin will want their latest get-rich-quick scheme to rake in as much money as possible (especially in the beginning), so we’ll get a few ships at 7.3 to justify selling 7.0 premiums and new rank that will introduce yet another BR penalty roadblock. Maybe techtree reshuffling to make TT progression a bit more annoying in terms of number of researched shipss needed
on the other hand, it wouldn’t surprise if we see devs making compression significantly worse by pushing some of the ships in current 6.7/6.3/6.0 range down, still keeping them within matchmaking range of the 6.7/7.0 premium ships but making life as miserable as possible for cruisers below them to artificially push players towards the new ships
I dont necessarily think a minor decompression would affect sales at all. If anything, they’d bolster them.
Besides I was only really thinking moving 7.0s to 7,3 and adding these new ships at 7.7.
Wouldnt be the first time. Things like the F-16C were added at 12.0 before being moved up to 12.3 before live and the Gripen was 12.3 on the dev server before moving up to 12.7 before live.
Heck didnt the Typhoon start at 13.7?
Same principle could be applied here, just bump things up 0.3 BR
In my mind USS Alaska or Raimondo alikes are 7.0 and they can hit the top ships. No way early German 283 or 12 inches penetrate a Iowa at longer ranges
Yup, he finally convinced me to block him a few days ago. Enough is enough. While I do think he is actually trying to bring attention to Naval some of the time, he is almost always trying to start an argument/fight. I am over his nonsense completely now.
So had a match tonight where I was reliably killing Scharnhorsts with Rodney (3 killed in total). So assuming the same weakness of setting fire to their forward turret lifts holds true for Gne. She wont be an issue.
Honestly, if they want this much money for a Ship pack, they better have a modification especially for the Gneisenau to switch back to the historically accurate cannons…
