There is tons of reports on this and I still do not understand how this has not been addressed, since the update I can be staring directly at the plane at can’t get a single radar track in any mode even regular PD I checked every angle every radar mode and nothing is working is anyone else having this issue? I swear it’s becoming so annoying making me play in a style I do not like which is typical war thunder meet in the middle and launch missiles from 3 miles away which I hate because of all the third party’s launches you can’t stop especially at 14.0 nor most can’t flare or chaff. The radars need to be fixed it’s been over a week and this is the biggest thing on any plane is its radar!! Gaijin what is the deal?

From my experience, all radar seems working fine at the beginning of the match, but I notice if you ever touched the switch radar between beyond/within visual range or the new reset radar driection, there is a good chance all radar mode will stop working, from the plane I tested so far, it seems this almost always happens to F14 and Su 27/J11, it also some times affects F15, F18, J10 or Mirage, but not as badly as F14 or Su 27/J11
Happens to me too, every plane I have with a TWS mode suffers from this. Three patches since the update and they still haven’t fixed this issue.
Yeap and i started not playing anything above 12.0 for that particular reason.
It’s not gamebreaking and i remember i did something and unstuck it , turn it off-then on etc. but every 2 matches having to do that when you try to fight or it stucks when you try to change target and shoot whatever till you see what happened…
Yeah, no… too much for my anger issues and i’m 38, it’s not reasonable people in the neighbourhood listen to me nerdraging over a radar in a game for the 5 th time in 60 minutes.
If you spend money on a product do you expect it to work properly? Do you put any money into the game ? I do and I’m 36 so age dosent matter here. I put significant money into this game and that’s my fault but it’s a hobby I have. I like war thunder to some degree when it’s not extremely bias towards Russian vehicle that make 0 sense like my poor Abram’s that in war thunders world won’t even stand up to a ww2 tank practically but a bvm or t90 it’s like Jesus has risen or even su30 with 6 ir missiles that can be fired from 20 miles away when the SPAA the Americans have dosent even fire past what 16km which is roughly 8 miles and yet we the Americans have Mavericks that won’t even hit a target past 4 or 5 miles and takes a year to get there so yeah I full expect my American planes to have working radars for what they are
Good to know, i decided not to get the J11B until their get their fucking heads out of their asses and fix the radar and it looks like my decision is correct .
