I don’t really know how that armor would work. It would clearly be inferior to the final T-72B models, but it would be interesting to see what kind of protection they would give it in the game, with so many layers of steel and air.

Its almost the same kinetic protection, just a bit less heat protection

Yes, they can be added to the corresponding model. I mainly mean that, for example, a tank from 1951 can use ammunition from 1947, 1950, or 1952, but not ammunition from 1955 or 1960.

I used all three (four if you count the Titan 4) and I found them to be quite competent tanks, not spectacular but quite good in their Br.

Well, the T-54 isn’t to blame for Gaijin adding unbalanced premium tanks to encourage mass purchases. It’s the same thing that’s happening to me; I’m playing with the AMX-30 and I’m running into the new XM1, against which I have almost no chance and which is much better. But it’s not the AMX’s fault; it’s the developers who are trying to encourage mass purchases of a premium tank at the expense of many players.

LFP and breach are big weak spots, if you aim from it’s right side into the LFP, you can one shot it, getting the driver, gunner and commander, unless of course if you don’t have AP, in which you go for the breach/drivers port.

Yes, I did kill some with the AMX-30, but the disadvantage is huge, due to the difference in bullet, armor, stabilizer, and laser rangefinder. You have to be lucky enough that the enemy is looking somewhere else.
