I wanted to make a post about the Strv 103 C on the wiki, and as I completed it, I noticed that it didn’t give me the option to submit for staff overview like the “let’s get started” page said.
Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

Just to check, if you switch to viewing in desktop mode in your browser does it appear? Also, what platform and browser are you using?
