I got a PT-16/T14 in the infantry backpack crates but it went instantly at my garage, shouldn’t it arrive as a coupon that can be sold in the market? Because i wanted to sell it at the marked but i didn’t have the opportunity

You didn’t win a coupon, you only won the vehicle. These are two different prizes.

It can be either a coupon or activated automatically, If you already have it and it get’s activated it grants 1M SL instead if you got the activation reward. If you don’t own it then you get the vehicle.
