Russia get another spaa shouldn’t exactly be high on gaijins list of priorities.
You mean HQ-17? better version of TorM1? sure, as hell if Chinese get that thing before Pantsir Russian main gonna complain about how they get better version of their vehicles before them
I know their nature pretty well.
Imo it wasn’t needed. I would have rather waited for the Puma S1. Even so the normal puma is better than the lynx besides the addition of spikes.
It isn’t better than the Pantsir only thing russian mains can complain about is the R-77 thats all. Hq-17 is licensed built tor-m1 with chinas own stuff
four words
Britannia Rules the Waves!
i mean there’s also napalm and a few other less important ones (in terms of subscribers) but yeah naval is still a small community, which is a shame
It’s a huge jump. I can’t complain. Nelson Class was on my bucket list, but by now Britain should already have QE, and R classes in the tech tree
Oh 100%, hoping that rodney in this update means later in the year we get a WW2 refit of a QE class and a KGV class
If naval community would be as large as Air, and Ground there would be a massive protest over this.
Like adding Indian T-90 to Britain before Russia
Well the community isnt large because gaijin dont put any effort into naval and the cycle repeats
You guys are already getting Rodnol this update. You can wait another.
if its coming for Russia it can come to UK right now too, there is no reason to wait, even with Russia’s other pillaged ships, the Novorosiysk and Murmansk, their base vehicle class was already in their originators tech tree, being USS Trenton + Raleigh, and the RN Conti Di Cavour
Its the equivalent of China (Taiwan) getting the M1 Abrams before the US
A Revenge-class will undoubtedly come soon for the UK, but especially considering how many larger ships they’ve gotten lately, it’s definitely in no way “needed”.
Where a particular design originates doesn’t matter, never has.
Weve got 1 battleship, 2 including rodney, and its not as if itd be difficult to implement quite the opposite in fact, in terms of tech tree 15 inch battleships Britain has 0 currently, the only one we have at all is event
And you guys are already getting what’ll be the 3rd or 4th best ship in the game.
Combined with the fact that you guys would be upset if anyone else except maybe France (unironically suffers) got two battleships in a patch.
Hell, the US doesn’t even have a 16" battleship as of the current dev server and there’s a chance we won’t see one until March.
Don’t split hairs, that’s simply arguing in bad faith; it’s five capital ships this year: Queen Mary, Renown, Repulse, Barham, and Rodney.
Five is the only true number, trying to ignore any is simply being disingenuous.
And asking for a Revenge-class and a Nelson-class in the same patch would just be silliness. If you’d like to trade Rodney for a Revenge and get Rodney later, that may have been doable.
And how many of those are battleships that are actually competitive and available to everyone
What part of “trying to ignore any is simply being disingenuous” did you not understand?
Event vehicles being time-locked sucks, always has, but that’s an issue for all nations/trees; it’s not grounds for a “Britain suffers” claim.
I’d still like my question answered please, how many are actual battleships that everyone can access
And to top it off if Britain supposedly doesn’t need it neither does russia, they have 4 very capable 7.0 ships in the tech tree as it is
