With the addition of the sea eagle and kh59 i think its reasonable to add the popeye/agm142 to the usa israel and any naiton that used them that are in warthunder. I think its reasonable to add it seeing as the kh59 in game has a range of 100 to 120km and the popeye/agm142 has a range of 70 to 80km i feel its not to far fetched to add it ether this update or next.
