Redesign the navy's targeting system to be different from WT Mobile

The current aiming system in Navy Arcade Battle is too similar to WT Mobile. It offers aiming with automatic setting of the lead. The majority of feedback from old/new players is that it is not acceptable, not for coastal nor for blue-water Navy. The current system is not intuitive, difficult for beginners, has disadvantages in the form having no clue where your shells might land giving the impression that it is randomized-luck not player-skill based.
