Look at the likes, they don’t seem to support these dismal changes.
Point and shoot.
Being targeted by numerous ships from across the map.
This is now more like a carnival arcade game.
I went back to air arcade but really miss naval.
and by that you mean?
Yeah. That’s pretty random.
I don’t know why we’re looking at player stats, and what they have to do with a ton of Naval Veterans missing how Naval Arcade Aiming played before they torpedoed it into Mobile Gaming mode.
We’re all sitting here waiting for a reversal or… word from the developers or… something. All we know is that we have to keep making noise about how awful it is, and why.
And it’s awful because it removes skill and player agency. It is an anomaly in War Thunder gameplay. No other game mode in War Thunder has removed aiming in such an egregious fashion. ANd no other community would stand for it.
Imagine the riot the Tankers would have started if Gaijin did this to Tank Arcade.
I actually made a post to find out how they’d feel:
Spoiler It’s so awful, they considered it a troll.
He has the tendency to pull out stats when faced with opposition, I’ve seen him do it multiple times now.
Which you can’t proof.
btw. no mater of your woes about that “nobody gonna play with new aiming, everyone hate it” StatShark - See All Player, Missile, and Vehicle Statistics shows increase in games played on all boats and ships April vs March despite of all of the bugs and that fact that April not even ended yet.
ps. people flying
LOL I know, It’s his “there must be something wrong with you if you don’t like it”
shows increase in games played on all boats and ships April vs March
I see win rates, I am missing something
You mean this for examble this?
remember my post about the RN Turbine snipping my v-990 from 4klm?
Here, you scared or the zealous LS3 players away…
My bad, i looked at “All Time Stats”
Monthly stats probably not full for april-march, cause i played JDS Ayanami recently ant there is no info on this and NRB stats diff is the same, gonna check when april ends.
Was a zealous player.
Which you can’t proof.
lol. My dude. The proof is in the game. Play a match. Try to shoot a player. You’re not. The AI is. Try to shoot a boat over a strip of land and watch the gunners target the water. A well known phenomenon. …you’re not doing anything but refuting facts as if they weren’t facts. Which, I can tell you, I’m very familiar with these day. People making up “facts”.
NO ONE here is going to accept that they have MORE autonomy in the game NOW then they did before.
lol. Not anyone who knows what the word “autonomy” or “agency” means.
I would say that now game in NAB request more skill than before patch to play efficiently. Just that skill is some different than before.
And you :
as you do in all treads, be a man.
More ad hominems.

lol.
More ad hominems.
^This guy sees it.
An ad hominem fallacy, or ad hominem attack, is a type of logical fallacy where someone attacks the person making an argument rather than the argument itself. It’s essentially a personal attack, and it’s considered a fallacy because it doesn’t address the actual issue or evidence.
Look, there is a large segment of the community Voting, Discussing, Insisting, Explaining, Pleading. These are veterans with THOUSANDS of hours of game play and, in my case, hundreds of dollars supporting Gaijin because of this gamemode.
And they’ve destroyed it.
And they’ve left it destroyed for over a month now.
And they haven’t addressed us, or sought out our opinion.
The closest we’ve gotten is… You, Kweedko. And, to be frank, that isn’t anything.
Surely you can see why no one appreciates being dismissed by… a single player. Who… does or doesn’t have more power than anyone else? [shrugs] it’s hard to tell the way you talk.
I’m happy to have the threads constantly bumped, in the hopes that SOMEONE, ANY DEV, PLEASE, hears us, and helps us.
So his systematic “ad nauseam”, " ad populum" " ad antiquitatem" “ad misericordiam”, “ad verecundiam” and anecdotal evidence doesn’t count. If you support legitimate dispute, critic both side. This basically all of this in single post, like in most of them:

Basically all of this treads is about Selection bias and post hoc ergo propter hoc as i stated at the start, but who care about that.
Agree, some players they used to play P2W ship like moffett, LS3 .etc, they just hind behind the mountain, then click and shoot, after these, they think they r skillful player. But the TRUTH is they can’t represent the most of the players. I admit new aiming system still need to change, but not like what they say. Gaijin should give player a choice to use old system r new system. And they need repair the bug like the cannon can’t shooting the target when behind the obstacles.
Still 69% wanting to reverse the aiming change.
85% here want it changed as well
The current aiming system in Navy Arcade Battle is too similar to WT Mobile. It offers aiming with automatic setting of the lead. The majority of feedback from old/new players is that it is not acceptable, not for coastal nor for blue-water Navy. The current system is not intuitive, difficult for beginners, has disadvantages in the form of having no clue where your shells might land giving the impression that it is randomized-luck not player-skill based. It is extremely unspectacular as being au…
is it possible to add the link of the Russian forum suggestion where they voted against this being implemented in the first place?
