I only started suggesting the idea of Romania possibly replacing Hungary when Italy players started asking what would happen with the Hungarian sub tech-tree if the Visegrád Group tech tree were to be added in-game, when I said that people who didn’t grind the Hungarian sub tree would be left without a sub tree, I started recieving a major amount of backlash and complaints about this, hence why I started suggesting the idea of a possible Romanian sub tech tree to help support the Italian ground forces after Hungary would be moved.
