[ Poll ] Should India stay in UK tech tree?

Why is there no “All of this belongs in the USSR tree”? option?

How is the Marut “russian slop”?

this is the first indan vehicle to not be copy-paste trash

Vickers MBT was arguably a Indian co-op vehicle, Vijayanta being when they could domestically build it.

T90S was arguably an Indian co-op vehicle, the Russians then produced the S for domestic use after the Indian development program for it. (iirc the S is still not in the game for the Russians is it?)

Indian devleopment in cooperation with other nations is what peak performance looks like and is how many countries make things ;)

So weird how people seem to hold India to a different level on that vs say, the Tornado program, or Jaguar, or Eurofighter. Heck theres less aggro for Swedish Leopards xD

T-90s is an a, from what ive read the s came first and the a came after

No chance. Pakistan is a CN subtree with how close they are historically. it’s basically the first party to recognize PRC before ROC. Plus they have been so close militarily that JF-17 is just a culmination of half a decade of relationship.

probably no chance but doesnt stop me from making my attempts lol

It’s gonna cause more shitstorm than doing ROKA as JP subtree and KPA as CN subtree.

not rlly tho. hasnt done so yet and my thread on the pak + bangladesh tech tree has been decently popular

Sweden doesn’t have a domestic MBT in service at the moment so their modded leopard 2s are their only option so despite the leo 2 spam top tier is this is understandable.

few points to why there’s hostility to India

Its India so there’s always gonna be the discourse about that as Anglo-Raj relations are realistically not good.
tonka, typhoon and the leopard 2 export models are joint projects of nations that are alike to each other in doctrine, Bishima is a mix of crappy russian tank with french parts thrown in, there’s nothing british about it in its design or doctrine norms so at a glance is moronic to see it with OSA and strela in the British tree

Britain (and its much closer in relations colonies like Australia and Canada) are much closer to the vibe you want from playing the British tree, I play britain for the Centurions, Cruisers, Chieftains and CVR scouts, if I wanted T90s Strela and OSA id be playing the USSR tree (which I do). Its similar to BeNeLux doing no good for the french tree but stuffing unnecessary C&P into a brilliant tree to play, while the interesting potential additions have been sidelined.

Not the political reality + All pakistani Equipment is in CN tree + Bangladesh AND pakistan IN THE SAME TREE is basically asking for a punch to the face. Can’t you be more Ignorant about history than this? Again this is another “ROKA to JSDF” but in the subcontinent.

I’m not sure what you’re playing at.
Your argument is sounding more like an attack on a small desire of mine.
Let me be clear.
Im not campaigning for anything.
So please keep all ad hominem, politics and irrelevant history away from here

Also they used a ton of english stuff over the years

Maybe, but India has used more Russian equipment than British.

That’s not what I meant. Most people want more Indian vehicles because they just want Russian slop instead of British vehicles.

India would be a brilliant subtree for the USSR. If you only included the Russian parts.

Weird how “no russia in UK” is made as an argument then this argument gets thrown out completely ignoring the significant level of British, French and Israeli tech and development with the Indians lol.

Very much a double standard.

I forgot to add that only the Russian parts would be good.

I think he was talking about how badly Pakistan treated Bangladesh. Although it’s nowhere near the treatment of Koreans under the Japanese.

Again, hes the one who is ignorant.
While there have been very horrible things in our past, we are brothers. We always were and our peoples love each other.
Check any comment section. Pakistan loves Bangladesh and Bangladesh loves Pakistan

In fact the greatest help in my making that tree is a Bangladeshi friend of mine. Miraz05
